What people usually ask.
Who owns the site?
You do. Domain, design, content and data are yours from day one. We run it — you own it. If you leave after 12 months, we help you move the entire site to your own host. No exit fee.
What if I want to change tiers later?
Upgrades happen immediately — you pay the difference for the rest of the month. Downgrades take effect at renewal, not inside the locked period, to keep it fair both ways.
Why the 12-month commitment?
We take no setup fee, so we need 12 months to cover the build cost. In return your price is locked for the whole period — we don't raise it even if Cloudways or other suppliers do. After 12 months you can continue monthly or renew for another year.
What is included in "operations"?
Hosting, SSL, daily backups, WordPress and plugin security updates, uptime monitoring, minor text and image edits, and a monthly performance/security report. Larger structural changes are billed separately or covered by a higher tier.
Can I edit the site myself?
Yes. You get full WordPress access and can write blog posts, update products, and change copy whenever you want. We handle everything technical and let you know if something needs cleaning up after an edit.
